As part of our efforts for the betterment of the construction industry and to keep encouraging the industry players to kick start their journey on digital transformation to stay relevant in the industry. We are organising a “Seminar on Shaping the Future of Digitalisation in Construction” on 11 October 2023 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre in conjunction with MBAM OneBuild 2023. The objectives of this seminar is to share on the current and the future digital construction including related to policies, guidelines, best practices in line with CIDB Construction 4.0 and provide knowledge to the industry players for the betterment of Malaysian construction industry.

SEMINAR ON “SHAPING THE FUTURE OF SUSTAINABILITY IN CONSTRUCTION”

Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) is organising a seminar with the theme “Shaping the Future of Sustainability in Construction” on 12 October 2023 in-conjunction with MBAM OneBuild exhibition from 11-13 October 2023 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

The objective of this seminar is to provide knowledge to the construction industry on sustainable construction and environmental, social, and governance (ESG). The seminar also aims to create a platform to share knowledge and experience, where speaker can interact with the industry in the Q & A session. The target audience of this seminar are construction industry employers, department heads and supervisors, company staff, etc.

The construction industry in Malaysia is transitioning from conventional methods to a mere systematic and mechanized method known as the Industrialised Building System (IBS). By implementing IBS in construction, companies can improve construction quality and productivity, alleviating issues for skilled workers and dependency on manual foreign labour and ultimately lowering overall construction costs. 

Explore the present and forthcoming developments in IBS (Industrialized Building System), encompassing relevant policies, guidelines, and best practices aligned with CIDB Construction 4.0.
